A new self-storage business in Ashton, Ontario was preparing to launch its first location and needed a fast, cost-effective way to get rentable units on the ground. With no existing buildings on site and a desire to test the market before investing in permanent infrastructure, portable self-storage units were the ideal starting point.
MetalCor was chosen to supply (40) portable self-storage units for the site, providing a turnkey product that balanced structural durability with the flexibility to relocate or reconfigure units in the future. Our team worked closely with the owner to design a layout that would maximize drive-up access, visibility, and rental potential from day one.
